Head of Supply Chain – Turbine Blades & Vanes MGT, Finspång, Sweden

Your Day-to-Day
Step into a key leadership role owning the end-to-end supply chain for blades and vanes of the MGT product line. Based in Finspång, you will set strategy and drive daily operations, reporting directly to the Head of Blades & Vanes while partnering with an international team of commodity managers, supply-quality experts and operational buyers.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Develop and implement supply-chain strategies for current and future products
• Secure supplier capacity to meet all sales and operational demand
• Reduce cost and lead-time through optimum supplier selection and technology advancement
• Qualify parts for new engine programmes and upgrades
• Ensure purchasing is executed in line with contracts, policies and regulations
• Manage on-time delivery, quality and cost performance
• Develop suppliers to top-class levels in quality and cost
• Communicate blades & vanes topics across all functions in the product line

What You Bring

• 10+ years’ experience in procurement, engineering, production or logistics
• University degree or equivalent relevant education
• Strong understanding of engineering, production, procurement and logistics processes
• Customer-focused mindset with proven stakeholder-management skills
• Demonstrated leadership in a global business environment
• Excellent spoken and written Swedish and English, presentation experience required
• Willingness to travel
