Location: Landsberg am Lech, Augsburger Str. 46
Contract: 3-year training programme with permanent placement afterwards
Working hours: 37.5 h/week (full-time)
Holiday: 36 days per year

Monthly gross salary:

• Year 1: €1,290
• Year 2: €1,420
• Year 3: regular employee salary
• Christmas & holiday bonus from year 1

Training path – 4 IHK qualifications in 3 years

• 2 years: Retail Merchant (Chamber of Commerce & Industry)
  • Practical placements on organic farm or production site; theatre workshop „Culture Adventure“
  • Sales: merchandising, freshness checks, checkout, customer advice
  • Store management: ordering, inventory, marketing, staff scheduling
  • In-depth knowledge of organic products and Alnatura range
• 1 year: Advanced certification as Retail Specialist
  • Early leadership responsibility
• Year-3 add-ons: "Organic Retail Specialist" + trainer aptitude certificate (AEVO)
