How You Will Make an Impact

  • Provide on-site support to keep manufacturing systems and equipment performing reliably
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations and maintenance teams to ensure consistent, high-quality production operations
  • Maintain local digital infrastructure, including network connectivity for production equipment and vendor-supported systems
  • Document setups, track assets and support continuity plans to strengthen operational resilience
  • Act as technical liaison, translate operational needs into effective technical solutions and support productivity improvements using manufacturing data—always upholding cybersecurity standards

What You Bring

  • Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or related field plus hands-on technical support experience, ideally in manufacturing
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work effectively with diverse operational teams
  • Solid understanding of networking basics and experience supporting digital production systems
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and industrial cybersecurity standards
  • Proactive, organised, communicative; able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Plus: experience with connected industrial equipment, sensors, PLCs, HMIs or cloud-enabled factory solutions
