The lot. We are looking for a brilliant Marketing Analyst & Insights Manager to help us grow our Electric Vehicle Business.  We're looking for a marketer who will be responsible for: - Leading the marketing analysis for our marketing function. You will interpret complex data and provide actionable insights to support strategic marketing decisions. - You will measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns by helping build clear metrics that we then robustly review post activity. - Run our weekly and monthly reporting to keep us on track with our commercial goals.

What you'll do

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop data-driven marketing strategies.Provide insights on customer behaviour, market trends, and competitive landscape.Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns with analytical input.Collect and analyse marketing data from various sources (e.g., web analytics, CRM, social media, sales data).Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key marketing metrics.Interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for marketing strategies based on data-driven insights. Create compelling visualisations and presentations to communicate data-driven insights. You will then present these findings to senior management and stakeholders.Prepare regular reports to track the performance of marketing initiatives.Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimise marketing efforts.Analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.Work closely with the product, commercial, operations and finance teams to align marketing efforts with wider business objectives.Ensure data integrity and consistency across various departments.Collaborate with external partners and vendors as needed.

What you'll need

Marketing experience:  2-3 years experience in marketing analysis or a related field Technical expertise: proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g. Google Analytics, SQL, Excel) Excellent communication skills: you not only need to be great at data analysis, you will then need to shape it into compelling narratives to guide and influence senior stakeholders. Learning Mindset: inquisitive and curious, with a focus on building positive feedback loops to continuously improve marketing campaignsAbility to prioritise: and think critically - there’s always a lot going on and loads of cool things we could do. You need to be able to decipher which tasks we should doA data-driven approach:  if you can’t measure it, you can’t improve it, so you need the ability to identify and solve problems, comfortable presenting and visualising data, plus attention to detail. Self-starter: eager to learn and thrive in a high-functioning and fast paced environment, along with strong project management skills.
