Construction Manager (m/f/d) HVAC for Heat Pump Projects - Munich

As a one-stop-shop we deliver and install smart energy systems that let households live, heat and drive in a climate-neutral way – quickly and professionally.

Your responsibilities

• Independent site management of HVAC heat-pump projects in single- and multi-family homes
• Coordination and control of our subcontractors on site – from installation to final acceptance
• Ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards
• Supervising construction workflows in the regional catchment area and occasional assignments beyond
• Technical alignment with planning, sales and customers
• Documenting construction progress and reporting to the “engine room”

Your profile

• Completed vocational training in HVAC with master craftsman’s certificate or comparable qualification
• Several years of construction management experience, ideally with heat pumps
• Strong organizational skills, assertiveness and structured way of working
• Experience in managing external service providers
• Willingness to travel within the region and occasionally beyond
• Class B driving licence
