Store Manager (m/f/d) – Munich City Centre

Your responsibilities

• Team-oriented staff management
• Staff scheduling and holiday planning
• Training of apprentices and new employees
• Conducting stock takes
• Proper product presentation and range maintenance
• Ensuring an impeccable appearance of your store

Your profile

• Completed apprenticeship as a retail merchant (food) or several years of professional experience in food retail, ideally with an organic focus
• Interest in organic food
• Enjoyment of sales and a feel for customer needs
• Initial experience in leading a team, e.g. as shift or daily deputy
• Self-initiative and sense of responsibility
