Your Responsibilities

• Team-oriented staff leadership and motivation
• Staff scheduling and holiday planning
• Training of apprentices and new employees
• Conducting regular inventories
• Professional product presentation and range maintenance
• Ensuring a flawless appearance of the store

Your Profile

• Completed apprenticeship as retail merchant (food) or several years of professional experience in grocery retail, preferably organic food
• Interest in organic food and sustainable nutrition
• Passion for sales and strong customer focus
• First leadership experience, e.g. as shift or deputy manager
• Initiative, sense of responsibility and confident demeanor
