Your Responsibilities

• Support the store manager, lead shifts and coordinate tasks
• Organize, plan and take charge of all activities during your shift
• Ensure smooth goods flow within the store
• Advise our customers, sell premium organic products and together with the team maintain an inviting store appearance
• Your commitment contributes to a high feel-good factor for our customers
• Act cooperatively and appropriately to each situation, with common sense and empathy

Your Profile

• Qualification as retail clerk or salesperson with relevant experience – career changers with team-leading experience welcome
• Enjoy selling and a good sense for customer needs
