Junior IT Operations Specialist

Your tasks:

• First- and second-level IT support for colleagues in the warehouse and office
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues on laptops, desktops, printers and mobile devices
• Processing tickets in the “Jira Service Management” ticket system
• Maintaining the local network infrastructure
• Procurement of IT hardware and consumables

• Basic IT knowledge: operating systems, hardware, office applications
• Passion for technology—gained through studies, courses, on-the-job experience or self-taught
• Eagerness to learn and grow in IT—we provide training and real career paths
• Solution-oriented and independent working style
• Willingness to work hands-on with hardware in a warehouse environment
• Very good Polish language skills; good English is a plus (we are an international company)
• Knowledge of Linux and networking is an advantage
