As a Service Coordinator for Vestas, you support Technicians and Office staff in administrative tasks while being a part of the global leader in wind energy.

Each member of the Service Administration team offers their own skill set to ensure local efficiencies are maintained and alignment to other Vestas SUB's is met. This position is temporary until 29.08.2025 but there is a possibility of an extension.

Responsibilities

The aim of the role is to support the business and its growth by handling administrative tasks in regard to accounts receivables, accounts payables, Technicians and Field Supervisors and van stocks.

The job will, amongst others include:

  • Fleet Management
  • It Updates
  • Admin Facilities Coordination
  • PO and/or PR Invoicing/ARIBA
  • Onboarding Coordination for Techs
  • Service Consumables
  • Procurement

Qualifications

  • Finance or Business admin related education or relevant experience
  • Good in English and Finnish/ Swedish language both written and orally
  • Computer literate and good skills in Microsoft office
  • SAP literate

Competencies

  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • A systematic and analytical approach with attention to detail
  • Flexible to sudden changes with a focus on problem-solving
  • An ability to remain calm under pressure and to handle varying workloads
  • Approachable personality, being attentive but able to stand your ground
  • Clear and concise oral and written communication skills
