Join our Compression Regional Service Sales within Siemens Energy TI Compression as a Client Manager supporting customers from the Oil & Gas, chemical and industrial sectors.

You are the owner of the client relationship, responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, meeting client requirements and driving Services bookings growth within your territory—leading all aspects of business and opportunity development from initial stages to order entry.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Proactively prospect the market to generate new leads and opportunities
  • Understand customer decision-making processes and develop strategies to position Siemens Energy ahead of competitors
  • Create and execute annual sales capture plans for each customer, incorporating market pricing and competitive positioning
  • Maintain a robust opportunity pipeline in Salesforce to meet overall sales targets
  • Coordinate proposal negotiations and conduct Win/Loss analyses
  • Provide customer needs and competitive intelligence for new product development

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; minimum 5 years’ experience in the energy industry, including 3 years in sales/business development
  • Strong turbomachinery knowledge mandatory; industrial compressor experience preferred
  • Business-fluent English
  • Independent, analytical, strategic mindset with focus on value selling
  • Willingness to travel
