Fully responsible for successful execution of Commissioning Projects.

The Project Manager manages projects with responsibility for successful execution:* Executes the project within the defined requirements (e.g. budget, time, functionality).* Ensures business success and satisfaction of the customer and ensures professional stakeholder management.* Ensures timely decisions on open issues, escalating if necessary.In the context of Engineering:* At site, responsible for the commissioning to an operating solution and up to customers acceptance.* At site, coordinates all test and commissioning activities.* At site, clarifies technical issues with Engineering Project Manager and also with customers.* At site, prepares the test documentation.

•Ensure the availability of the COMM required resources in time and budget for performing the commissioning tasks in project execution •Be accountable for COMM Budget, Forecast and coordinate of the project•Manage Risk and Opportunities for commissioning tasks •Monitor the fulfillment of targeted KPIs for the project and develop appropriate action plans if corrections are needed•Lead and ensure the proper implementation of the Project HSE plan for COMM package•Ensure the fulfillment of QMHSE requirements for COMM package•Guarantee the proper communication of the commissioning plan status, adherence to project schedule and barriers identification•Ensure the proper coordination with PM and CNS PM for performing commissioning•Ensure the availability in time and in budget of the Technical Documentation (stored) and material for commissioning execution•Distribution of Scopes according Global Commissioning SLA with minimum costs•Ensure the correct application and capture of Learnings•Participate in project kick-off and review the contract•Provide to the PM the information required for fulfilling the Project Management Plan•Plan and coordinate tasks for commissioning execution guaranteeing HSE, quality, time and costs •Provide the skilled resources to attend the COMM tasks plan defined in the project•Assist PM with planning commitment and commission tasks client acceptance•Collect, analyze and update EAC costs and KPI data related to commissioning activities (incl. NCCs, R&O, GMB)•Inform about NCCs related to the package at the first possible point in time after detection, support its assessment and categorization and implement the resulting containment actions for minimizing the impact•Lead meetings with COMM subcontractors for tasks planning and contract management (penalties and claims)•Lead the troubleshooting between commissioning and TOC; “specific” errors appeared in WTG commissioning and until TOC signature for speeding up the resolution process•Assist to meetings (internals and customer)•Participate and contribute to R&O and Learnings workshop•Apply HSE plan, control fulfillment and incident investigation•Control accidents are properly reported and investigated; and Control corrective measures are properly implemented•Document tests results and register into tools and systems•Hand over to SE (O&M)•Request ECC PP to prepare budget and Customs Check List (CCL) for material import / exportand provide the required data and import / export documentation for review and approval•Drive Improvements Projects, aligned with SGRE Programs, to reach the target for the activity (LT, 30d Availability, Comm Standard and Non-Standard Hours)

What you need to make a difference:* B.E / B.Tech / Diploma (Electrical / Electronics / Telecommunication)* 7 to 12 years relevant experience.
