Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an ambitious sales strategy for the Nordics and Benelux region
• Lead and coach the Enterprise team to engage new prospective clients
• Deliver quarterly and annual new-business targets while ensuring revenue predictability
• Set quarterly and annual targets, performance plans and quality standards for Account Executives
• Recruit, onboard and develop new sales Account Executives
• Collaborate with sales leadership, RevOps and internal stakeholders to optimise processes and ensure correct use of Salesforce and Salesloft
• Act as a role model aligned with EcoVadis core values

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales and sales-team coaching experience
• Proficient in Salesforce; Salesloft and LinkedIn are a plus
• Proven track record in Enterprise SaaS or consultative solution selling
• Experience conducting successful meetings with C-level/VP executives
• Familiarity with Sustainability, CSR and ESG topics
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask and basic AI literacy
