Logistics Project Manager (Temporary 12-18 month contract)

As Logistics Project Manager you will report to the Director of Logistics, North America, and lead logistics developments and improvements across the region to ensure optimum cost and performance. This is a temporary 12–18-month assignment.

• Lead North-American cost-out / cost-control programs and support global teams
• Drive regional process initiatives and developments
• Build a best-in-class logistics and distribution footprint for current and new markets
• Implement new logistics processes and systems in North America
• On-board new suppliers after tenders
• Keep current on logistics trends
• Represent logistics in cross-functional projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance or Project Management
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred
• 2+ years managing logistics projects >USD 1.5 M
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, written and verbal
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, able to work independently with limited supervision
• Strong ability to prioritize and remain flexible during peak workload periods
