What you’ll do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technology and Group-wide roles across the Octopus ecosystem, including renewable-energy asset teams
• Source passive candidates via LinkedIn, boolean search, events and our ATS (Lever)
• Conduct culture-first virtual screening and full-cycle interviews using Metaview
• Partner with senior stakeholders to refine roles, drive speed-to-hire and champion diversity
• Deliver a 4.1-rated candidate experience and improve it continuously
• Collaborate on global talent projects—"not my job" is not in our vocabulary

What you’ll need

• Demonstrated sourcing & full-cycle recruiting experience
• Comfort assessing culture add in virtual first-round screens
• Track record hiring technology, finance or investment professionals in fast-growth environments
• Collaborative mindset—team success before individual wins
