Senior Accountant (m/f/d) – Finance & Operations

Lemonaid is a Hamburg-based social business that funds social projects in the countries where our organic and Fairtrade ingredients are grown. Every bottle supports fair trade and, via the Lemonaid & ChariTea e.V., has already financed more than 50 projects in Africa, Latin America and Asia.

Your responsibilities

• Full ownership of accounts receivable: issuing invoices & credit notes, receivables management, close customer & partner contact
• Drive digital finance tools along the entire accounting workflow (travel expenses, document management, ERP)
• Contribute to monthly and annual closings, post balance-sheet items, liaise with tax advisors
• Interface to HR and external payroll provider
• Help implement new finance systems and optimise processes to build a scalable finance structure

Your profile

• Commercial apprenticeship plus further training as financial or balance-sheet accountant
• 5+ years relevant experience (AR/AP/GL)
• Confident use of ERP systems (SAP Business One preferred) and advanced Excel skills
• FMCG or beverage industry background is a plus
• Strong alignment with our social-business philosophy
• Hands-on, structured, excellent communicator
