4 IHK qualifications in 3 years

• 2-year apprenticeship as Retail Clerk (min. advanced technical college cert.)
  • Practical experience on an organic farm or in an organic production facility
  • Comprehensive knowledge of organic products & Alnatura range
  • Sales tasks: shelving, presentation, freshness checks, checkout, customer advice
  • Store management: ordering, inventory, marketing, staff scheduling
• 1-year further training as Retail Specialist with early leadership responsibility
• Additional qualification “Organic Retail” (year 3)
• Instructor aptitude AEVO (year 3)
