Asset & Property Manager (f/m/d)

Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM) is responsible for the strategic planning, design and provision of land, buildings and technical equipment at SMA. The team manages all SMA properties worldwide, leases space, supports projects and ensures the operation and availability of our buildings and technical installations – including SMA-owned solar systems and EV charging stations. Our goal is to create an optimal working environment for all employees.

Your responsibilities:

• Marketing & Contract Management: Leasing, letting and sale of all SMA assets; negotiation of lease and sale conditions; preparation of property exposés.
• Strategic Asset Management: Development and operational implementation of measures to increase value and optimise use of our properties.
• Valuation & Analysis: Coordination of external property valuations and derivation of actionable recommendations.
• Portfolio Management: Administration and care of our property portfolio; communication with tenants, owners and service providers.
• Operations & Maintenance: Preparation and review of service-charge statements; coordination of maintenance activities; upkeep of lease contracts and master data.

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training or degree in real estate management
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable role
• Solution-oriented and innovative mindset
• Strong communication skills, organisational talent and customer focus
• Very good German and good English skills plus analytical ability
