Retail Merchant Apprenticeship – Offenbach (2026)

During your 3-year retail merchant apprenticeship at Denns BioMarkt you will discover every area of our store – from goods receipt and cashiering to advising customers on organic products. You create appealing displays, manage ordering and stock processes, carry out promotional activities and support sales campaigns. You take responsibility for shelves, bakery and cheese counters, bistro and back office to ensure smooth daily operations.

Your tasks

• Attractive presentation of premium organic foods
• Comprehensive, friendly customer advice
• Cashiering and cash reconciliation
• Implementation of marketing measures
• Ordering, receiving, checking and storing goods
• Supporting sales promotions and seasonal placements
