Working hours: 37.5 hours per week (full-time)
Holiday: 36 days per year

Training allowance (monthly gross, minimum values):

• 1st year: €1,190
• 2nd year: €1,290
• 3rd year: €1,420 (retail merchant apprenticeship only)
• Christmas and holiday bonus from year one

What you will experience with us

• Hands-on experience on an organic farm or in an organic production facility
• In-depth product and range knowledge of organic goods
• Core retail and sales tasks: merchandising, freshness checks, checkout, customer advice
• Store management: ordering, inventory, marketing campaigns, staff scheduling
• Theatre workshop “Adventure Culture” to strengthen personal skills
