Retail Sales Apprenticeship (m/f/d) – Berlin-Wollankstraße 2026

During your 3-year retail sales apprenticeship (m/f/d) at Denns BioMarkt you will discover every area of our store – from goods receipt and presentation to checkout operations and expert customer advice on organic products. You will help shape our daily business: shelf maintenance, seasonal promotions, ordering processes and sales at the bakery and cheese counters as well as in our bistro. After successful completion we usually offer you an open-ended full-time position.

Your tasks

• Attractive presentation of our organic food
• Customer-oriented consultation and sales
• Checkout operations and balancing
• Implementation of marketing and sales promotions
• Organization of ordering, goods receipt, quality control and storage
• Support of sales campaigns and seasonal placements

• Strong academic performance, ideally a secondary-school certificate
