Construction Manager HVAC (m/f/d) Heat-Pump Projects – Munich

At 1KOMMA5° we are building Europe’s leading energy-software platform Heartbeat, creating a virtual power plant that links our customers’ PV, battery storage, heat pumps and EV chargers to boost the profitability of connected systems. As a one-stop shop we sell and install tailor-made, smart energy solutions so every household can live, heat and drive carbon-neutral – quickly and professionally.

To strengthen our craft team in Munich we are looking for a Construction Manager HVAC (m/f/d) for exciting heat-pump projects.

Your responsibilities

• Independent site management of heat-pump projects in the HVAC sector, focusing on single- and multi-family homes
• Organising and coordinating subcontractors on site – from installation to final acceptance
• Ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget and to the required quality
• Monitoring and controlling site operations (mainly Munich region, occasional trips beyond)
• Technical coordination with planning, sales and customers
• Documenting progress and reporting to our “engine room”

Your profile

• Completed vocational training in HVAC with master craftsman's certificate or comparable qualification
• Several years of site management experience, ideally with heat pumps
• Strong organisational skills, assertiveness and a structured approach
• Experience coordinating external service providers
• Willingness to travel within the region
• Category B driving licence
