Project Manager – Financial Performance & Debt Collection

Role

Reporting to the Collections & Credit Risk Manager within the Finance Directorate, you will design and roll out innovative, scalable solutions that boost financial performance, cut B2C bad debt and support customers facing energy poverty.

Key responsibilities

• Build automated customer journeys (sign-up to cash) that minimise arrears while preserving best-in-class experience.
• Set up tailored repayment schemes for vulnerable customers and track their effectiveness.
• Write functional specs for CRM enhancements and coordinate delivery with international dev teams.
• Lead cross-functional projects, define strategic KPIs, build dashboards with the data analyst and steer progress up to board level.

Required profile

• 3+ years’ project-management experience, preferably in finance, debt collection or customer operations.
• Entrepreneurial, self-driven, analytical and empathetic mindset.
• Fluent English for daily collaboration with global tech teams.
