Your Responsibilities

• Support the management team on strategic projects and cross-department initiatives
• Analyse KPIs, prepare decision documents and management reports
• Coordinate meetings, follow-ups and cross-team to-dos to ensure efficient project delivery
• Interface between C&I teams and stakeholders, including executive-level presentations
• Own sub-projects and drive topics forward in a structured manner

Your Profile

• Ongoing degree in business, industrial engineering, technology or a tech-related field
• First experience in operations, project management, process/performance topics or consulting (start-up/scale-up, PM, ops)
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills, enthusiasm for KPI-driven work and pragmatic process optimisation
• Hands-on, structured and results-oriented – you reliably bring topics to completion
• Business-fluent German (written and spoken)
