(Junior) Sales Operations Manager (f/m/d)

Your mission

As Junior Sales Operations Manager (f/m/d) you are the link between our external sales partners and our internal sales team. You ensure partners are well supported, processes run smoothly and KPIs stay transparent.

• Day-to-day operations management of external sales partners
• Monitoring leads, appointments and conversions across the sales funnel
• Daily update and analysis of performance dashboards
• Evaluation of capacity and success metrics
• Structured onboarding of new sales partners
• Close collaboration with partner managers and CRM team

What you need

• First practical experience in sales, sales/business operations or similar (internship, working student)
• Strong affinity for numbers and enjoyment of analytical tasks
• Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM tools (proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, Salesforce a plus)
• Structured, detail-oriented and reliable working style
• Hands-on mindset: you get things done and want to learn fast
• Excellent command of German (C1-C2)
