Your role

Join our Operations team and own the complete customer journey for Japanese households. You are the first and only point of contact, solve problems end-to-end and continuously improve the customer experience. Prior energy experience? Not required – we’ll teach you everything.

Office: Ark Hills South Tower 18F, 1-4-5 Roppongi, Minato-ku, Tokyo
Transport: 1 min walk from Roppongi-itchome (Tokyo Metro Namboku-Line)
Hours: Flexitime 7.5 h (core coverage 9:00–17:00), average 10–20 overtime hours/month
