Customer Parts Support Specialist

As Customer Parts Support Specialist you are the primary contact for Siemens Energy’s internal regions and customers across North and Latin America during the entire spare-parts order lifecycle. You process inquiries, create quotations and ensure on-time delivery while observing import/export regulations.

Your responsibilities

  • Receive and process customer inquiries, prepare quotations and enter orders in SAP / Salesforce
  • Schedule deliveries and secure customer-view on-time delivery (CV OTD) performance
  • Monitor payments and support receivables management
  • Work closely with Supply Chain, Engineering, Export Control and Shipping
  • Identify and manage financial risks of complex orders

Your profile

  • Degree or equivalent experience, 7+ years in customer service / inside sales
  • Strong SAP, Salesforce and Microsoft Office skills (advanced Excel)
  • Proven order & project management experience; familiar with contracts, logistics and export processes
  • Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills

Preferred

  • fluent Spanish
  • spare-parts business or field-service background
  • import/export compliance and supply-chain knowledge
