Job Description

• You are the first point of contact for customers after the sale and guide them until the contract is signed.
• You support grant applications and ensure smooth processes.
• You manage customer relationships and prepare customer data for further processing.
• You guarantee up-to-date data in our CRM system at all times.
• With your friendly manner you turn customers into enthusiastic Enpal fans.

Qualifications

• Efficient, reliable and detail-oriented working style.
• Strong communicator with an open personality and convincing phone voice.
• Experience in telephone customer consulting and excellent German skills.
• Solution-oriented mindset and professional demeanor.
• Organized, self-reliant and team-oriented way of working.
