FACTS After Sales Project Manager (f/m/d)

Your day at a glance
As the first point of contact for our FACTS customers, you handle fault reports on plants such as Statcom or Syncon. You prepare quotations for technician deployments, organise on-site service and track spare-part requirements. In addition, you manage upgrade projects for older plants and coordinate all open items with Engineering, suppliers and the regions.

Your responsibilities

• After-sales support for FACTS plants (Statcom, Syncon, etc.)
• Preparation of quotations and order processing
• Coordination of fault clearance and service team assignments
• Support during the warranty phase of FACTS projects
• Interface between project execution, suppliers and regions
• SAP purchase orders and logistics handling of goods deliveries

Your profile

• Degree in electrical engineering or comparable technical training with further qualification
• Relevant FACTS experience (Flexible Alternating Current Transmission Systems)
• Knowledge of project management, SAP (order/shipping) and MS Office
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Customer- and cost-oriented mindset, strong communication and teamwork skills
