Your Responsibilities

• Team-oriented staff management and development
• Workforce and vacation scheduling
• On-boarding of new employees and trainees
• Carrying out regular inventories
• Ensuring correct product presentation and ongoing assortment maintenance
• Maintaining an impeccable store appearance

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as a retail merchant (food) or several years of professional experience in food retail, preferably with a focus on organic products
• Interest in organic food and sustainable nutrition
• Enjoy selling and strong customer awareness
• Initial leadership experience, e.g. as shift supervisor or daily deputy
• Self-initiative, sense of responsibility and team spirit
