Responsibilities
- End-to-end employee administration from hire to exit in SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HCM
- Capturing, maintaining and controlling all HR and payroll-related changes; coordinating with internal and external partners such as managers, authorities and social-insurance bodies
- Acting as first point of contact (HR hotline) for administrative HR matters including salary and social-insurance queries
- Operating in a hybrid function between the Axpo HR Services and CKW HR Services teams
Profile & Requirements
- Commercial or administrative training plus additional HR qualification (certificate)
- Prior experience in HR administration or a shared-service environment with strong command of SAP HCM / SuccessFactors
- Very good written and spoken German and English; structured, service-oriented, solution-focused
