Internship Culture & Transformation Management (f/m/d)

Workload: 80–100 % | Duration: 6 months

Help shape the sustainable energy future! In Axpo Services AG’s Culture, Leadership & Learning team you will actively develop programmes that make Axpo the employer of choice in the energy sector.

Your responsibilities:

• Support organisational-development projects on culture, leadership and efficiency.
• Carry out culture analyses based on employee and survey data and derive actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate the Great Place to Work 2026 programme across several business areas.
• Identify improvement potential and develop solutions together with experienced experts.

Your profile:

• Minimum four semesters of business administration, organisational development, data science, psychology or similar, or current master’s studies.
• Excellent German and English skills.
• Strong interest in culture change, leadership development and the energy industry.
• Structured, self-driven working style, even under time pressure.
• First experience in project management, data analysis or communications preferred.
