Journeys & CRO Specialist

What we’re looking for:

We need a CRO Specialist who sees conversion for what it truly is: the result of a compelling value proposition, a consistent customer journey and flawless execution at every touchpoint. Your mission is to understand why our business converts, pinpoint friction and fix it.

You will own conversion across Spain—from the first ad impression to sale, installation and cross-sell. Working hand-in-hand with Marketing, Product, Pricing, Sales, Operations and international teams (reporting to the Growth Manager) you will make every interaction with Octopus more meaningful, coherent and profitable.

Your day-to-day challenges:

• Analyse and optimise conversion across all digital and offline funnels
• Redefine the full customer journey: awareness → web → lead → sale → installation → upsell
• Identify real friction points (not surface-level issues)
• Connect marketing, sales and operations data for a 360° view
• Design and prioritise experiments with clear financial impact
• Improve value proposition, messaging, pricing, bundles and omnichannel experience
• Build a scalable, continuous experimentation framework

You’ll shine if you bring:

• 5+ years leading CRO or growth strategies with direct P&L impact
• Track record optimising complex funnels (e-commerce or hybrid models preferred)
• Strong command of digital analytics (GA4, behaviour tools, CRM)
• Ability to translate data into strategic decisions
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth or scale-up environments
• Fluent Spanish and English
