Your responsibilities

• Key-account management of existing customers: support, consulting, preparation of invoices, progress and CO₂ reports for business trips and events
• Support of private donors: certificates, donation receipts, continuous process optimisation together with IT
• Contract renewals, preparation of offers, negotiation of contracts and upselling for corporate clients
• Acquisition of new customers and implementation of sales campaigns for the entire atmosfair product range
• Recruitment, onboarding, supervision and evaluation of interns in customer care

Your profile

• Above-average university degree in economics or natural sciences
• At least 2 years of professional experience in customer service
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-initiative and demonstrable commitment to climate protection
• Business-fluent German and English
