Snapshot of Your Day

You will be working on a two-weeks-on, two-weeks-off rotation in our Ustka office. As the Operations Coordinator you are responsible for receiving, inspecting and registering parts, pick and pack parts and performing various transactions in SAP. To ensure that all stock movements are in an accurate and auditable manner and to meet the demands of operational requirements. In addition, the Operations Coordinator is supporting the daily coordination on site incl. short term planning, marine coordination and SAP tasks. Optional work model: Monday–Friday schedule available.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Manages goods movement including order, receive, pick, pack, issue and dispatch inventory whilst maintaining fully auditable records on SAP system and paper accurately. Ensure that the good movement fits to logistic concept (Heli, CTV, SOV) and custom requirements.
• Maintain a safe, clear and clean environment and ensure all procedures are followed and communicated to provide accurate stock.
• Support Site Management with on‑site coordination, planning activities, and marine coordination, including updating transfer manifests and PtWs (Permit to Work).
• Order tools, rental tools and consumables to support daily operations. Track demand and organize in date recertification with external and internal suppliers.
• Make sure that safety equipment is in date and recertify at site personal safety equipment and lifting equipment. Ensure that all certificates are signed and available for inspections according to the country law and Siemens Gamesa regulations.
• Perform customs clearance for inbound and outbound goods, ensuring compliance with local regulations and complete documentation.

What You Bring

• Apprenticeship as “Specjalista ds. logistyki” or comparable
• Fluent knowledge of Polish and a good level of English are a must
• Advanced SAP skills
• Forklift driver’s license would be an advantage
• A minimum of 2 years of experience, especially offshore and knowledge of export of good
