Operations Manager (m/f/d)

1KOMMA5° is pursuing the vision: Living on wind and sunlight forever for free. With Heartbeat AI we are building the energy system of the future – integrating solar, storage, heat pumps and e-mobility into one intelligent, real-time connected power plant. By 2030 we aim to convert 1.5 million households to renewables; over 3,000 people work on this at 80+ locations worldwide.

As Operations Manager you will lead strategic projects to boost efficiency and quality of our installations, optimise on-site performance together with local craft partners, take interim site responsibility when required, and further develop our operations strategy. You will spend 3-4 days per week on the road across Germany & Europe.

Your profile:

• Degree in business, engineering or similar
• 5-6 years operations, industrial or craft-related experience
• 2-3 years disciplinary leadership experience
• Willingness to travel, entrepreneurial mindset, fluent German & English (C-level)
