Sales Manager (m/f/d) for Intelligent Energy Systems - 1KOMMA5° Riederich

Your responsibilities

• Holistic consultation and sale of photovoltaics, storage units, heat pumps, wallboxes and the energy management system "Heartbeat" to single-family homeowners and small businesses in and around Riederich.
• Independent planning and execution of customer appointments, needs analyses and tailor-made offers.
• Work with pre-qualified leads from the 1KOMMA5° group – high appointment density and genuine purchase intent.
• Support customers from first contact to contract signature, including technical coordination with project management and construction supervision.
• Proactively improve regional sales processes and grow together with us.

What you bring

• First sales experience or strong motivation to start in sales; experience with complex consumer products (e.g. PV/heat pumps) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, empathy and enjoyment of direct customer contact.
• Basic technical understanding and ability to explain complex matters clearly.
• Willingness to learn and interest in innovative, dynamic markets.
• Very good German language skills, written and spoken.
