Your Tasks

• Support the development and rollout of our global employer brand and career website
• Help design and implement occupational health management initiatives
• Assist in creating international concepts for recruiting, HR marketing, talent development and employee retention (e.g. onboarding or ambassador programmes)
• Analyse HR metrics, prepare reports and PowerPoint presentations
• Research and summarise new trends in recruiting, employer branding and talent development, and compile competitive analyses

Your Profile

• Advanced studies in Business Administration with focus on HR, (Business) Psychology or a comparable field; initial practical HR experience is an advantage
• Strong interest in HR topics and enthusiasm for active project participation
• Independent, creative and proactive approach to driving topics within your area of responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and very good command of German and English
