Procurement Assistant (f/m/d)

As the core of our purchasing department you ensure efficient contract management and sustainably support our growth.

Your tasks

Create and analyse ERP and controlling reports
Manage documents and contracts, monitor deadlines
Handle operational purchasing and track delivery dates
Check order confirmations and maintain master data
Process and coordinate special orders
Participate in optimisation and digitalisation projects

Your profile

Completed commercial apprenticeship
First professional experience in contract management, purchasing or administrative back office
Structured, detail-oriented and analytical way of working
Confident use of MS Office; experience with ERP or contract management systems desirable
Strong communication and negotiation skills, team player with initiative
