Your mission

• First point of contact after the sale – guide customers smoothly to contract signing.
• Help clients apply for government subsidies so no funding is left on the table.
• Build strong customer rapport and prepare them perfectly for the next process steps.
• Keep our CRM spotless and complete.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience and turn clients into lifelong Enpal fans.

Your profile

• Efficient, accurate and reliable working style.
• Communicative, friendly, open personality.
• Solution-oriented, professional phone manner, engaging voice.
• Experience in telephone customer service, excellent German skills.
• Self-organised team player with a high quality bar.
• Performance-driven yet quality-focused.
