1KOMMA5° develops Heartbeat – Europe’s leading software platform for climate-neutral energy systems. We connect PV systems, battery storage, heat pumps and wallboxes into a virtual power plant, enabling our customers to maximise energy independence.

Your mission

• Provide end-to-end consultation and configuration of our portfolio (photovoltaics, battery storage, heat pumps, wallboxes, Heartbeat energy management) for residential and small-business clients in and around Dresden
• Drive appointment scheduling and proposal creation, manage your own sales pipeline
• Work with pre-qualified leads – focus purely on closing deals
• Guide customers from first contact to contract signature; collaborate closely with project coordination and site management for seamless project delivery
• Help shape our sales processes and regional growth strategy

Your profile

• Initial sales experience or strong motivation to launch a career in direct sales; background in technical products (PV, heat pumps) advantageous
• Excellent communication skills, empathy and persuasiveness on equal footing with customers
• Solid technical understanding and ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Structured, self-organised approach and continuous learning mindset
• Very good written and spoken German
