Senior Communications & Event Manager

• Corporate Communications: Own external communications and develop formats that sustainably strengthen our position as market leader for tenant electricity and partner in the energy transition for the housing industry.
• PR & Public Relations: Be the first contact for media representatives, build a reliable press network and write targeted press releases and statements.
• Event Strategy: Design a holistic event strategy that inspires both B2B partners (real-estate sector) and B2C target groups (tenants).
• End-to-End Event Management: Plan and lead trade-show appearances, organise exclusive customer and partner events as well as on-site or online tenant events – from idea to implementation.
• Controlling & Budget: Take full ownership of the event budget, select external service providers and manage them with a focus on results.
• Ownership & Optimisation: Measure the success of communication and event activities with clear KPIs and derive actionable recommendations for the future.

Your Profile

• Experience: 5+ years in corporate communications, PR or event management, preferably in energy, real estate or a scaled startup.
• Communication Skills: Confident writing style and poised appearance towards press and stakeholders.
• Strategy & Organisation: Structured, solution-oriented approach even in complex projects.
• Networking: Enjoy building relationships and inspiring people about our vision.
• Travel readiness: Flexibility for nationwide events.
