To strengthen our Product Team in Berlin, Hamburg or Munich we are looking for a Senior Product Manager – Energy Retail & Services (m/f/d) Your mission

Product vision & strategy: Own the global product strategy for our energy retail business; design dynamic tariffs, energy retail propositions and services scalable across international markets.
Standardization & scale: Harmonize technology, processes and partner integrations along the value chain (tariff logic, billing, metering, market communication).
Market intelligence: Evaluate regulatory frameworks, trading mechanisms and pricing innovations; identify opportunities for differentiation and profitable growth.
Stakeholder management: Align engineering, operations, trading and partner teams; balance commercial, technical and regulatory requirements.
Operations & KPIs: Define and monitor product performance, operational efficiency and profitability metrics; continuously improve processes.
Go-to-market: Collaborate with sales, marketing and commercial teams on positioning, pricing and customer value to strengthen market share.

Your profile

4+ years product management in energy retail, trading or metering, ideally across multiple European markets.
Proven track record of scaling dynamic tariffs, billing, market communication or trading integrations.
Deep understanding of energy market structures, regulation, balancing & settlement and new business models (flexibility, dynamic pricing).
Experience with energy data, metering infrastructure, trading and billing platforms; close cooperation with engineering & data teams.
Analytical, strategic and hands-on; excellent communication skills in English and German.
