STCL R&T Maintenance Engineer (Electrical) - Tianjin

A Snapshot of Your Day
Maintain and upgrade factory automation equipment while providing expert technical support.
How You’ll Make an Impact
• Update electrical drawings, back up PLC & HMI programs and parameters for inverters, servo and DC controllers for new and legacy equipment.
• Define electrical spare-part models and quantities.
• Deliver plant-wide electrical maintenance support, troubleshoot complex faults and keep equipment running reliably.
• Plan and execute preventive-maintenance schedules to optimise performance.
• Manage spare-part inventory to guarantee availability.
• Maintain equipment files (manuals, failure logs, service reports).
• Cross-functional collaboration to secure smooth production.
• Drive innovation and continuous-improvement projects to enhance safety, quality, efficiency and cost.
What You Bring
• Bachelor’s or above in electrical engineering, mechatronics, control engineering or similar.
• 3+ years’ maintenance experience.
• Solid knowledge of electrical control principles and common-fault resolution.
• Experienced with S7-200/S7-200 SMART/S7-1200/S7-1500 and Delta PLCs; ladder-logic project ownership preferred.
• Proficient in TIA Portal V16/V17, ladder and SCL programming, device configuration.
• Familiar with industrial networks & protocols, ABB robots and vision systems.
• Good written and spoken English.
