Your Responsibilities

• Team-oriented staff management and shift planning
• Holiday and personnel deployment planning
• On-boarding of apprentices and new employees
• Conducting inventories
• Merchandise presentation and range maintenance according to organic-market standards
• Ensuring a flawless store appearance

Your Profile

• Completed apprenticeship as retail clerk (food) or several years’ experience in grocery retail, preferably organic
• Passion for organic food
• Enthusiasm for sales and strong customer focus
• Initial leadership experience (e.g. shift leader, daily deputy)
• Self-initiative, sense of responsibility and team spirit
