Your responsibilities

• Team-oriented personnel management
• Staff scheduling and holiday planning
• Training of apprentices and new employees
• Conducting inventories
• Professional product presentation and range maintenance
• Ensuring an impeccable appearance of your store

Your profile

• Completed training as a retail merchant (food) or several years of professional experience in food retail, preferably in the organic sector
• Interest in organic food
• Enjoy sales and a feel for customer needs
• Initial experience in team-oriented leadership of employees (m/f/d), e.g. as shift supervisor (m/f/d) or daily deputy (m/f/d)
• Personal initiative and sense of responsibility
