Your responsibilities

• Team-oriented staff leadership and development
• Staff scheduling and holiday planning
• On-boarding of trainees and new employees
• Carrying out inventories
• Proper product presentation and range maintenance
• Ensuring a flawless appearance of the store

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as retail clerk (food) or several years of experience in food retail, ideally with an organic focus
• Interest in organic food
• Enjoy selling and an instinct for customer needs
• First leadership experience, e. g. as shift supervisor or daily deputy
• Initiative and sense of responsibility
