Job Description

• Lead an 8-person team that supports the Sales organisation on all HR topics
• Trusted contact for management and line managers on labour-law and organisational issues
• Hands-on execution: onboarding, case work, monthly payroll
• Manage complex variable-compensation schemes and payout to ~1,000 sales employees
• Partner closely with Legal, Finance and external payroll providers
• React proactively to short-term requests while driving long-term People goals

Qualifications

• 5+ years in People Operations, first leadership experience
• Solid expertise in German labour law and payroll preparation
• High operational, detail-oriented hands-on mentality
• Convincing, empathic communication at all hierarchy levels
• Agile, stress-resistant working style in a dynamic environment
• Strong process and quality focus with an eye for scalability
• Fluent German (C1+) written and spoken
