The Role

As a Visual Observer you join our Flight-Operations team in Dallas. You monitor airspace, identify traffic and weather hazards, and ensure safe operations of our unmanned aircraft systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor airspace before, during and after each flight
• Detect obstacles and threats (traffic, weather, open-air assemblies)
• Communicate directly with the Remote Pilot-in-Command (RPIC)
• Participate in safety briefings and continuous improvement

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (UAS)
• Eligibility to work in the US
• Willingness to work shifts (day, night, weekend) and outdoors
• 3-6 month contract; full-time or part-time available

Compensation

22 USD / hour
