Working hours: 37.5 h/week (full-time)
Holiday: 36 days per year
Training allowance: at least

• Year 1: €1,290 per month
• Year 2: €1,420 per month
• From year 3: regular employee salary
• Christmas and holiday bonus from year 1

4 IHK qualifications in 3 years

• 2-year apprenticeship as Retail Merchant (min. subject-linked university entrance)
• “Adventure Culture” theatre workshop
• Practical experience on an organic farm or in an organic production facility
• In-depth knowledge of organic products & Alnatura range
• Core retail tasks: merchandising, freshness checks, checkout, customer advice
• Store management: ordering, inventory, promotions, staff scheduling
• 1-year further training to become Retail Management Specialist with early leadership responsibility
• Additional qualification “Organic Food Retail” (year 3)
• Trainer aptitude certificate AEVO (year 3)
